Meet Your Coach
Brandon
Martinez
For the past 7 years I have been building my expertise and relationships within the multifamily due diligence and capex management fields.
From working alongside prestigious construction companies to multifamily due diligence companies, and eventually becoming a multifamily investor myself, I have acquired a unique set of skills and experiences that have allowed me to become a trusted source for coaching and guidance within the multifamily industry.
As a real estate investor, I have invested in over 5,000 apartment homes as a limited partner, and over 800 apartment homes as a general partner. With my investor mindset well embedded into my core values and decision making, I have always asked myself one question: How can I create more sustainable value for my students and clients, but more importantly the communities we serve?
In search of the perfect balance of the GP Team, I have noticed that the Capex manager position or "boots on the ground", is typically the most overlooked and under experienced. I have made it my mission to not only educate others to bring more value to this position but become one of the top Capex managers in the industry
